Ｇｏｏｇｌｅ　Ｎｏｗランチャーアプリは、２０１３年１１月にＡｎｄｒｏｉｄ　４．４（ＫｉｔＫａｔ）と同時に発表されたＮｅｘｕｓ　５でのみ利用できたホームスクリーンユーザーインターフェイスを、他の機種でも利用できるようにするもの。

利用できる端末は、「Ａｎｄｒｏｉｄ　４．４（ＫｉｔＫａｔ）搭載のＮｅｘｕｓまたはＧｏｏｇｌｅ　Ｐｌａｙ　Ｅｄｉｔｉｏｎ端末」に限定されている。

このランチャーアプリを利用すると、Ｇｏｏｇｌｅ　Ｎｏｗの情報を１回のスワイプでホーム画面に表示したり、ホーム画面からＧｏｏｇｌｅ検索したりすることが可能になる。

半透明のステータスバーやナビゲーションバーなどによって画面表示領域が広く使えるメリットもあるなど、デザインも見直された。
