It broke out from the vicinity of the circle right side front in [ri] line on the Matsuyama car road in the Ehime Prefecture Iyo City market while the charabanc of "Kochi Prefecture traffic" (Kochi City) was running, and the emergency stopped around 5:30PM of the 19th. The crew and 21 people in the total of the passenger ran away at once, and were safe though were burnt to the vicinity of the ceiling of the front portion of the bus.
The passenger is a line of the Shikoku tour that the traffic Co. of Hankyu recruited according to a prefectural police expressway traffic corps. After the accident, it faced the hotel in the Matsuyama city with an alternative bus. The bus that breaks out is made by Hino Motors, Ltd., and this corps is investigating the cause of breaking out.
